White Wine & Sushi
Para mim "sushi is always a good idea" em qualquer altura do ano. Mas em noites de verão e acompanhado por um bom vinho branco estupidamente gelado, então o match é mais que perfeito.
Para este jantar, a minha escolha foi o Fiuza Alvarinho, um vinho com aroma a frutos tropicais e a flores cÃtricas. A sua acidez compensa a gordura do sushi.

To me sushi is always a good idea anytime of the year. But on Summer nights and accompanied by a good white wine stupidly cold, then the match is more than perfect.
For this dinner my choice was Fiuza Alvarinho, a wine with the aroma of tropical fruits and citrus flowers. Its acidity compensates for the fat of the sushi.
